Hello everyone, I got my microscope imagining figured out finally. Here are some bacteria imaged at 1000x with a heavy crop using an Amscope T340B and a Nikon D7500. I used a diy oblique lighting filter made from paper and processed the images in photoshop to bring back contrast. I am very surprised that details can be seen in them, not clear, but I’m shocked there’s anything haha. My favorite is the first, it won’t let me post the images here unless they are much smaller files so here are the links.

Hello! You can also share the Flickr images here by using the Share tool. This looks like a curved arrow on a Flickr page. When you click on that, a window opens with various options. I don't know what options matter so much, but I select the BBCode tab, and the X-large image size.
