I guess it should be bh2-ucd(Special APO prism), because bh2-nic is incompatible with APO.

Some more technical details would be helpful. I see 100X NA 1.40, which to me implies oil immersion, which implies a fixed and mounted specimen. Do I have that correct, and if so, can you tell us more about the preparation procedure? Are these single frames or focus stacked? If the latter, how many frames at what spacing?

The coleps are fixed with formaldehyde 10% in the natural medium onto the slide. I wait until the water is enough evaporated to allow the pressure to hold the coleps between the coverslip and the slide. I check with a x40 objective.
Then, once nothing is moving, I change to the immersion objective. You check that, when you are moving the stage, coleps do not have to shake in the medium. While nothing is moving, you choose a good Coleps then you stack images. You have few minutes (10-15 min) to do all stacks, because pressure continues to increase and begin to deform the coleps.

UKA condenseur With 1,32 immersion head + ICT (DIC). I have a homemade DIC that allow me to use Leitz objectives but also Zeiss, Nikon and Olympus TL 160 objective.
(I prefer the Olympus)
Steps : 1µm, manually, not motorized
stacks : about 30 images

To sum up the subject, I had the luck to get the good Leitz condenser turret with the 3 prisms. But I never found at good price the Leitz objective prisms. So I bought at fair price, some wollaston or nomarski prisms from Olympus and Nikon TL160. Then I Tested them all with my objectives and try to match some prisms with the Leitz condenser prisms.
Then I bought an Aristomet Objective prisms turret (not exactly the same as the Aristoplan one), and adapt it to the revolver (see the link)
the prisms matches very well, and I am able to use others objectives like Olympus and Nikon. Some Olympus works very well, as the splanapo 20/0,70 and the 100/1,40.
I added at the end some new photos of my microscope, since I have found the Variophot.

I have a friend who found an Aristoplan too. I bought a condenser prism that not fit the UKA condenser, but with one of my prism objective (I guess it is a Nikon one), he is able to have a very good DIC for objective between 6,3x and 25x, and not too bad with the 40x.

Do not hesitate to ask any photos of the part you wish to see in detail.

I had totally missed it, so I'm happy it was brought up again. Very nice build. I'm using the Nikon epi prisms in my Vanox AH DIC setup. But I've put them in the condenser turret instead. That rotating nosepiece turret looks great for this kind of experiments!
