Thanks! This was done using an Amscope DK-DRY200 darkfield condenser on an Olympus BH2. It works great despite the manufacturer mismatch and is a fine addition to my ever growing collection of microscopy accessories. Will be trying out the DK-OIL200 soon!

Wow, I wouldn't have expected that. I'd heard it was compatible but I didn't realize it was that compatible.

Yeah now to be fair, I've done a good bit of post-processing here to make this pop and to crush the background to true digital black.

Here's an image that better represents what you'd see through the viewer. Still, I find that if I expose for the bright points, the camera crushes the background close to black pretty much automatically. I had to reduce the contrast when editing this to get it to match.
