Potassium bromide

Continuing my survey of my darkroom chemicals, I found that Potassium bromide does not cross-polarize. So I moved the slides to my main non-polarizing microscope and explored photography with a feathered darkfield stop, which revealed some interesting crystaline structures.

Interesting shapes. These are single shots or stacks ?

Thanks. They are all stacks. The last one is also a stitch of two adjacent stacks.
