I haven't seen one of these since I was a high schooler with my first microscope. These always came as a prepared slide with those tiny little Stellar microscopes. They were about $10.00 back in the day and as I recall, worked remarkably well for that period of time.

Yep, Ken -commercial slide that came with toy microscope kits. I had another one that was kind of messy.
