This is from a 1 GB SD card that did not have a speed class. When I took the card apart, there was only one IC in it, whereas SD cards with a speed class have two ICs.

I have a Nikon 40X objective designed for a 210 mm tube length. Out of curiosity, I tried it on the top two images and was very happy with the sharpness and contrast. Since it is a 210mm tube length objective, I may be getting a bit more magnification on my metallurgical scope.

Thanks, Nico. Interesting thing is that this IC does not have a copyright notice on it.
