Beautiful stomata images. I think the white light is more effective than the fluoresensence.

The sample is simply peel the leaf, not dyed, always watch experiential, (sometimes only luorescencji, but dyes experiential). Two microscope: Polish Biolar and microscope Chinese. Lenses Nikon Plan Apo CFN.
