About the technical details, I see you're using a macro lens (Photar) on a macro stand (Aristophot), do you use them with an actual microscope frame or just on a bellows/tubes arrangement?
In the second case the images will qualify as macro following our forum conventions (and I'll move the post to the Technical and Studio Photography -- Macro and Close-up forum)
