Gorgeous detail in your photos, I especially enjoy the look into the rotifer.

As I have not often worked with immersion objectives and can't imagine that one would be able to chase moving critters with xy-stage movement when the objective is immerged:
Was this rotifer dead or otherwise immobilized when you photograped it?

Thank you. Rotifera was alive, some chased after him. Every now and then stopped for a moment and I could photograph him.
