I publish microbes with paramecium bursaria, Vorticella Campanula and unidentified eggs.

Paramecium Bursaria 40X DIC Fluorite.

60X achromatic obj. DIC

Unidentified eggs with 10X fluorite and dark field.

Vorticella Campanula on a root of water plant. DIC 10X fluorite.

Wow, those are amazing! Looks like you take really good care of your optics too -- a problem with using research 'scopes is that we tend to beat them up pretty badly...

What kind of camera do you use? Do you post-process your images at all? Do you add glycerol or anything to slow the buggers down?

Hmmm, maybe I should ditch the 5-10um range for a while and try to capture some big things =D
