Plant Fiber For ID Please

This has been bothering me for months. I see these fibers and star shaped things in almost all my samples, yet can't find anything about them anywhere. Any ideas?

1. 20x Objective.

2. 10x objective.

3. 10x objective, but different plant, maybe a younger version?

I don't recognize the species, but Google image search on stellate trichome and I think you'll find a bunch of stuff that looks familiar.
