I like the angle you've got in the first picture, although it's not ideal from an ID perspective. I do think that it's A. vivida, and I think that if it were a male (young immature), the genitals would be visible under the 2nd abdominal segment. So probably a female.
I would assume this is taken in the western part of USA, where the species is very common.
