Thank you, Charles, for this interesting info. I bought FGL420, and ZWB2 filters and both of them have no effect on final image at all. So am i missing something here?
This is Convoy S2+ 365 torch, no filters: https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2930/340 ... af3e_b.jpg

I did comparing before and was totally amazed and satisfied with the result, and you now just did it in more precise way. Thanks. And by the way, Rik, you need to point somewhere on avatar or in sign that you the creator of Zerene Stacker. Because i only recently noticed that fact and still don't un...

Thanks for those samples. To me, if viewing with bare eyes in CrossView mode - 8 looks best. But viewing it in Oculus Rift Headset(+Virtual Desktop) best is 2. And my IPD is 60mm. Usually i do my stereos using 2 -2 in Zerene. Looks like it depends on many factors such as IPD, scale of the object, zo...

Watching macro photos in 3D using VR Headset(my experience)
Hi. I am VR entusiast (unfortunaltely it is not mainstream yet), and i was watching all your 3D photos since Rift DK1 days. Yes it was not consumer friendly back then. And now situation is not much better. You still need to click bunch of buttons before you start actually watch anything, unfortunate...

Dead and dirty House Fly under UV light, first attempt.
Hi. After reading here about UV Nichia Convoy S2 torch, i ordered one for myself. Such a toy i must admit! Shot itself is not perfect, DMAP was too bad due to low light and high ISO noise, but anyways. I named it "Apparently there is afterlife". Thanks for watching! GIF1, UV/noUV/blinking: https://m...

YAY! :)) Thanks! I will continue my story. As some of you know, i am 3D generalist as my main profession, and i did 3D model of this bug back in 2011. Back than i used simplest microscope i borrowed from my friend, as my reference source. It was not easy to do (why life so not so easy, gaawd), and i...

Dead Shield Bug
This is me again. I am not sure if this is right thing to do, but this is another bug and i decided to post it separately. I accidentally stepped on this poor guy (in my kitchen(how he ended in that place)) and decided that i will make him famous at least as a price for my terrible crime. Yes he is ...

I am new to this staff and never touched default settings. Then I'm thinking that you're using a Pro-type license. The default in that case is to turn on I/O overlap. I'm still surprised that the cpu utilization is so high, however. What do you have for an I/O system? --Rik You right. It is PRO ver...
