Since 2001 I've cleaned hundreds of sensors without ever having one single problem or issue. The secret? I've been using a sensor/lens pen in conjunction with some kind of sensor scope. Hi;

If you move the flashes you will aslo change the exposure/lighting.

When the flashes are closer to the subject they illuminate the subject more.

You should keep the subject-illuminator (flash, LED light etc.) distance stable to have same exposure at all steps while stacking.
