Hi Hayath,
Great set of images. In my area all the insects are gone for the winter time.
Will be a new season starting in mid may next year.
Love your light and detail. Your diffuser seems to work very well.

Thanks for sharing :D

Hi hotrodder19,
Not bad, but you need to diffuse the light more.
The light in the front is very hard...

Fluorescent Minerals

Hi,
I have been using Mitu 5x and 10x for micro minerals i white light. Works just great.
Now I'm thinking of do some shots of micro minerals in 365nm UV light.
Any suggestions of good microscope optics for this?
Have a Canon 70-200 I will use as tube, or do I need an other one for this?

Silver

Hi, I've been working on some silver from a friend of mine. This silver comes from the famous locality Vinoren at Kongsberg in Norway. Here I have put the Osram "Dot-It" under the acrylic plate. Dot-It

Hi gang,
Anyone used this:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/LED-Mobile-Lum ... B001CSPJGO

I have one. Its just great. 3 AAA batteries, no cables.
Have just used it for some under light on some mineral specimen. Works like a charm.

I will post an image or two where I use this light
