Hi ! I guess its same Procedure as for M8 with Alignment if its Needed ! Autokolimator can you buy used no problems but look for right size and F=80mm (160mm) explined in M8 Manual Dont think its so hard to fix , regluing Prismas in Binocular are not so hard and smal lenses would be more easy to do ...

Reglue the lenses , and align as described in service manual
for Wild Stereo Microscope - that fix it

You need ! UV glue , UV Light , Microscope Alignment Tool (Autokollimator) , Mirror

Dont Look like delamination on picture , more like Fungus , Dirt ??
