Re: US Buyers Beware of Tariffs on EU Products
Thanks David, I'm hopeful that it may be the perfect FF tube lens. Another potential option for a FF tube lens may be a Pentax 67 300mm f/4 EDIF. It doesn't have the spectral sensitivity range of the Zeiss lens, weighs considerably more, and has a greater front filter thread (82mm vs 60mm), but it ...

Re: US Buyers Beware of Tariffs on EU Products
Are there more countries besides the ones you listed which have a 25% tariff? Or is itthe place of manufacture that matters? But for most products that is not obvious. Re: Camera flange to sensor distance variation
Thanks Lou.
If there is a correlation between the number of shutter actuations in the Sony full-frame mirrorless cameras and the failure of their sensor-IBIS mounts (not directly addressed in the article), it would have implications for routinely using these cameras to do large stacks.

Camera flange to sensor distance variation

I just tried ordering again, and saw an incorrect/incomplete address warning when returning to the website from PayPal due to the state field being empty (although I had entered it when registering). I re-entered it, and things went smoothly. I had hoped to buy several of the targets so that I could...

I got down in their website to the point where I had to enter my shipping address, and the drop-down menu for "Country" included the US. But I couldn't get the Paypal option to work. (They also wanted my date of birth!!!) Would you like to start a business reselling these to Forum members? I'd glad...

The Printing Nikkor 105 A is a very impressive lens. However, you may be interested in nathanm's 1x test on his PhaseOne sensor (67mm diagonal) in which he showed that a Schneider MacroVaron had better performance at the image edges. https://www.photomacrography.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=33627&highl...
