Very interesting image - it appears the Dome is forming a type of Oblique lighting. I have never seen this type of Dome used before. The dome creates a DIC like effect. I found some for $5.99 on Ali Express for those that might want to try a crystal dome. https://www.aliexpress.com/i/569515401.html ...
