It will be a FF sensor on my EOS 5D II The MPLAN ELWD 40x 0.50 in particular has slightly more than 10 mm working distance, so illumination of the subject is easier. This is very interesting....

I am going to use it on a trinocular bio microscope from AmScope to photograph, so I guess direct projection
