Hi;

Did you try connecting with another USB port?

You should use the ports placed at mainboard.

Re: Stonemaster Stackmaster

Did a search and only found only one mention here to the Stackmaster rig (from 2017). Has anyone used this system and if so, any comments or critiques? I know nothing about it, but as a reference the Stackmaster is made/marketed by a company called Stonemaster, which also advertises lapidary equipm...

Hi;

I think you need to test again after setting the minimum CPU status to %100 from power settings otherwise CPU may behave different at each step according to multi core usage algorithyms.

I use the Pentax "Auto Bellows" M42 mount and it is very good and easy to adapt. The Pentax K mount is the same and the Olympus OM seems very similar although adapting the lens side to microscope objectives could be less easy. In all this kind of bellows pay attention to the Nylon blocks that conne...

Hi Omer, Thanks for the clarifications. I see you're considering camera/repro lenses as well, which is outside my expertise. Hopefully the others will be able to give you advice! Thank you Itchy! The Laowa 25mm is a solid lens, check out my review: https://macrocosmosblog.wordpress.com/2018/12/23/l...
