This is my first atempt photographing through the microscope.

This is a 21 frame stack in ZS PMax
Canon EOS 7D...

What is the differense between Dry and Oil darkfield condenser ?? :roll:

I just love those darkfield photos :lol: Any stacking ? I´m so looking forward to be able to do this great images myself. Just got my microscope. I know I have a lot to learn.

I´ve searched the box the microscope came in and I found the tube :oops:

Hi there AFL, I think the Sigma is the best choice, better optical quality.. Don´t expect the best Macro on neighter of them. I would choose the Tamron 90mm Macro. This gives you 1:1, but you have to be really close to the subject to get 1:1. If you can afford it, I would choose a longer lens, like ...

I will shoot all my images in RAW with my EOS 7D and I use Mac :wink:

Trinocular Microscope Adaptor ?

Hi there, I have a trinocular microscope, and the photoport is 23,2 mm threads.. Is this the same as C-mount ? I also have one of these aftermarked T-2 to 23,2 mm adaptors (no threads). When I use this adaptor it´s a little bit "wobbly".. I´ve searched with google but I´m not shure what to search fo...
