Re: 200mm Tube Lens Full Frame Test

Hi Robert, nice to see a new tube lens-test here. Thankyou again for this! And again a surprising result for the "simple" Raynox! This helps many of the readers here saving there hard earned money. (Let's hope Raynox, will not push the price for their 150 lens - if they have silent readers here) Pro...

I hope I get my Nikon Scanner lens 45/2,8 mounted and can compare it against the Laowa 100mm macro.
Some of us will be curious about this comparison Laowa vs. Nikon 7-elements 45 mm -
Perhaps you can show your findings here when you have this, then ...

All the best,

Christian

Re: New 1.4x Lens Test Results Online

Robert, thankyou for another great testing and overview --- excellent, as we appreciate & love it. And thankyou for the time you have spent on this, again. Nice to see the performance of the tiny Nikkor 45mm f/2.8 7-elements scanner lens again – in comparison to the "giants" (SK MacroVaron) -- and t...

Re: Rodenstock Scitex LFOV 108mm f/5.6 Lens Test Results

Dear Robert, thankyou for another test of a rare lens and your appreciated work, again! I am still curious, how powerful other lenses out of (former) high end scanners will work, in direct comparison to this - like the lens out of the Screen Cezanne scanner ;-) ALL THE BEST for a better 2021 - for y...

Re: Scanner Nikkor 38mm f/2.8 LS30 Scanner Lens Tested

Hi Typestar, Thank you again for the loaner lens and the idea to test it in the first place. :D Interesting...I bought an LS-20 and it had the same lens in it as the LS-30. Ray, interesting -- in my LS-20 I found the tiny 25 mm lens – only in a Nikon Coolscan III / LS-30 I found the LS-30 --- I agr...

Re: Nikon Rayfact VF Float Lens Test Results Online Now

Dear Robert, I am a little late, but: Happy Birthday! THANKYOU very much for this great detailed testing, again! The sharpness out of the Componon + Scitex lens stack shouldn’t have been a surprise, after all the 2.8/35 Componon and S-3 110 are two of my best stacking lenses, seeing the performance ...

Polaroid ProPalette lenses

@kaleun96 Hi Kaleun96; as I worked - years ago now - with some Polaroid ProPalette 7000 and 8000 filmrecorders, with nice colour results (printed on Fuji 50 Velvia and other prof. films -- the lens you list (43.53 mm) would be of interest, but I fear not to be exeptional on our modern digital use......

Nikon Scanner lens

Hi nielsgoede,

there is no Nikon Lens with this label
Do you perhaps mix it up with the Minolta 5400 (lens)?

The Nikon Scanners (and lenses) are:
Nikon LS-40/ED 4000 and LS-50/ ED 5000
