I read somewhere, a while back, they are not that bothered ... unless they have a new boss in town ...

Excellent Litonotus ... nice clean, sharp images ... nice lighting too ...

I'd love to see a deeper stack on the 1st image, to capture the thin wires connectiing the device to the board :)

Yes, I agree with your comments Rik ... this was just a bit of fun really ... plus while I was doing the edits the lighting and the reversed leg did occur to me as well ... you could go on and do untold edits to try and to make it right ... and like Chris says get it reasonably good but it would nev...

Yeah but the main problem is the leg to start with Chris being as it bloomed out ... would be difficult to pull back the real colours from that, hence the clone matches the rest of the leg tones ... as it's on it's own layer now it could be adjusted better ... i.e. fatten it with the liquify tool to...

Some simple cloning and duplicating of layers ... cloning the background to hide 'bad' leg ... duplicate the original layer twice ... one for the 'new' leg and one for the crossed over leg ... bear in mind this is a very small image ... a higher resolution image would give better results ... 1. Dupl...

Nice Koorosh ... I'm fascinated by all the different type of insects this world has ... 5 Mins in Photoshop fixes your problem ... a bit of cloning here and there ... if you had done it no one would've been the wiser ;) ...
