I really like how mole cricket came out.

When I was a kid I used to watch large european mole crickets fight with these metallic looking ground beetles, fascinating stuff.

Thanks for your comments. These were taken a few years ago, and at the time I mostly focused on taking pleasant pictures and less on technical aspects. All are natural light and handheld. WTB: el nikkor 50mm f2.8 reverse mount adapter

I am looking for reverse mount adapter that will fit EL Nikkor 50mm f2.8. It an be m42, L39 or Nikon mount on the other side. The thread on front attachment of EL lens is 40.5 mm x 0.5 mm.

ID Help

I was playing with new Macro lens and ring flash and took a few pics of my indoor Gardenia plant. Lens is Minolta 50mm 1:1. In one of the shots there was this small insect (mite?) on the leaf? If the lens is one which goes to 1:1 at closest, it'll probably be best reversed at any higher magnification.

A few thoughts/questions: You're certain that your bellows has a female T-mount in front? --Chris Yes, it's Vivitar Bellow system. It came with Nkon T mount adapter and box said T-mount system, so based on this I believe it's not M42. I also have Minolta mount Spiratone bellows and I am curious if ...
