Sadly for all who knew Klaus Kemp, either through personal contact or as an admirer of his work.
Received the news that he passed away on the 28th May 2022 in Hospital.
In his passing, the world of micro-manipulation has lost a great master of the art.

Perhaps it's my ageing eyes, I very much prefer the Flipped view. As you say better aesthetics,but for me its seems more depth of field together with a better "true reflection" of 3D appearance.

All this talk of Zeiss delamination of objectives? You do not need to use Zeiss objectives? Olympus objectives work very well, as do a few other makes and models. My advice would be to make sure that you get another make and set of lens all matching. Yes, we can see that you have bought a beast but!...

Whilst I cannot give you any answers to your problems, I will say, well done on acquiring such a beast of a scope.
