Excellent work Antonio. I've been eyeballing used OMD's in particular the EM5-II and EM10-II.
The EM-10 II has in camera stacking utility but it doesn't stack the images into a final output, correct?

This is a beautiful image! Nikon D850 Sigma 150 Macro 45 Image field stack on tripod rig Was this shot with the D850's built-in focus stacking using the motor in the lens, or with some sort of rail device? Thanks Rik, Capture was done with the in camera stacking utility/lens motor. It takes some pr...

That's a nice scene. Are their eyes always like that? Thanks Chris, Yes, I believe their eyes are always like that. Here is an image of a solitary Cuckoo I photographed a while back. It will give you a closer look at the peeper ;-) http://www.photomacrography.net/forum/userpix/3217_sleeping_bee__sm...

Cuckoo's at Sunrise
Sunrise on Buffalo Bayou mid November 2018, a group of male Coelioxys still asleep awaiting the morning sun for energy. One of my favorite bees to photograph, since Hurricane Harvey I am finding large groups of these bees. Pre storm, I was lucky to stumble across one or two on a hike. Looking forwar...

I think these look quite good as well. Oly's take a bit getting used to. Once you do boy do they sing a lovely tune. Personally, If I was interested in detail I would do everything I could to keep ISO at 200 and if I really had to push it maybe 400. One of the big limiters of the camera is the senso...

Thank you Mark, predators indeed. I like to watch them in the spring when the gnats, small flies and mosquitos first come out. Not uncommon to see a damsel catch 10 to 15 in an hour.MarkSturtevant wrote:Nice! Good to remember that these delicate-looking insects are really predators.

I think you did spectacularly well to get that shot! These guys don't exaclty betray a lot of emotion, do they, but the eye of the victim here is telling. Well done! Thanks Chris - I felt very fortunate to have captured the moment. Yes the eye is telling as are the legs folding - as in utter defeat...

A Fine Young Cannibal
I have been photographing Damselflies for a few years now and have seen my fair share of territorial defenses. One damselfly defending hunting airspace. This ends with the dominant damsel chasing the intruder off and returning to its perch. I witnessed something I have never seen before. The intrude...

Green Lynx on the Bayou
Went to a retention basin with high hopes. I was a few days late as it had been mowed down. Oh well, I'll revisit it in a few weeks. I decided to hit the bayou footpath near the water. Typically, there are less subjects but it's a lot cooler in the thicket. I happened across a Green Lynx Spider. In ...

More Macro Shots from the Past Few Weeks
Last year I had a chance to photograph mating Delta beetles and I blew it big time - over exposed and out of focus. Having a year to mull over my miscue and hundreds of more photos under my belt I was better prepared this year. http://www.photomacrography.net/forum/userpix/3217_delta_beetles_mating_...

Rik, Sorry about the posting so many images at once. The past few weekends were conducive for macro and I forgot about the limits. Won't happen again and I'll repost the other in different threads. Cable has become an interesting field studio. All sorts of critters call it home. Dragon flies perch o...
