I use for Stacing, the Helicon Focus Software.
I make today 3 pictures:

The back of the radiolarian becomes namely to picture wheel hiddenly except for the lower one.
how can I clear this?

If I understand correctly, you are having problems with the back of the subject showing through the front in places.
The way to get round this problem is to do another stack as well which only includes enough frames at the front of the stack to show the front in focus but not the back.
Then some careful cloning from that image over the top of your original stack will clear the background showing through. Sometimes you may need to do more than one extra stack to completely remove the background problems!

Oh I see I got it round the wrong way!
In that case you might want to try the opposite of what I suggested.
Do another stack, just of the frames with the rear in focus, then try cloning some of that image back onto your original.
If that doesn't work then the problem is probably caused by the out-of-focus front bits obscuring and blurring the rear. I've had similar problems with insects antennae. Unfortunately I don't know any way around that problem...
