I would like to ask You what kind of microscope and lenses do You use during taking photos?

After detailed watching first photo is great too. Almost all details can notice.

The first image, I'd love to see in stereo (hint). The second image--are those colors as seen by the camera? If so, I presume they are interference colors?

Very beautiful diatom pictures, Arturo
At the first image, my favorite, I see some lateral chromatic aberration. Do you still use a Leitz Periplan as projective with Zeiss objectives? If so, I think that it would improve with Zeiss a KPL because Zeiss needs more compensation than Leitz.

Yes, they are. When you use a higher magnification/NA objective they disappear
