Freshwater amoeba.
Measures 230um long (0.23mm)
It has a round nucleus and many crystals.
40X objective
Semi-polarized oblique light

Nice video, I've never seen the nucleus like this before, moving through the "body"...
What are those crystals, also flowing through the body?
