Somehow I never got familiar with crosseyed looking at stereo images, maybe I should get a viewer.

Truly wonderful DIC image. Where did you get the appropriate lower prism for a 1.4 NA / 1.4 NA double immersed system?
Great shot. Well worth what I know from experience is a messy post-imaging cleanup....

I used the DIC slider for a 63/1.4 objective (and the appropriate II prism in front). Not quite as contrasty on the 100x, but a little extra levels and curves in post brings it up to par. No "cleanup" required on this one.
