Yes, it is the resolution of the subject, measured with Zeiss Auflösungstest-Objekt 3000 (resolution Target).

MITUTOYO M Plan Apo 20X/0.42 ?/0 f=200 and ITL200 revers
Distance between lens and ITL200 revers = 80mm
Distance between ITL200 revers and Sensor (Nikon D810) = 220mm
20:1 with Nikon D810 full frame
