Hi all together,
some more trials with flash, the well known Stentor Coeruleus.
Last two images with 100 lense to show the small granula with the pigment Stentorin.

I've never seen this level of detail in a Stentor before. Outstanding imaging, congratulations.

thank you !!
it is no secret :) , I am using a Vanox AHMT3 with lenses from the LB-series.
Here for this images SPlanApo 20 and 40 and DPlanApo 100 in DIC with flash.

First image you can see the "muscles" of the stentor used for movement and deformation, they are below the stripes of Granulas with the pigment Stentorin.

great work. My favorite ist no.2 from the 2nd series.

A question about the aperture of your condenser: is it 0,9 or more?

the condensor is a 1,4.
Used in full aperture for the 100 lense.
