Settings:
Canon 5Diii
Canon MP-E 65mm 1-5x (at 5x)
Canon Twin speedlites
Yonguno speedlites x2
Stackshot rail
ISO 50
f4.0
1/160sec

12371 images in 52 stacks
Stacking:
Round 1 - 30 images Helicon B 10, 10
Round 2 - All previous stacks Helicon B 20, 2
This image took over three weeks to make (partly because I went away for work in the middle and re-shot half of the right side) and just under 4 days to stitch and photoshop.

Wow that's a huge number of stacks & stitches, and lots of work as well.perdu34 wrote:Another addition to my collection of Fruit Chafers, this time it's Pachnoda aemula.

The results are an absolutely beautiful image
