That looks very nice. What tool did you use for the deconvolution? Raw Therapee offers Richardson-Lucy too, but it's really only good for "final sharpening" with microscope images in my experience. Would it be possible to see the image before deconvolution? Thanks.

Taken and deconvolution in NIS Elements 5.00.
In my experience, deconvolution really only works best in wide field fluorescence, and in confocal imaging.

Thanks for the extra pic. Looks like NIS does a similar job to RawTherapee for this kind of image, but maybe a tiny bit better in the diffuse regions. Tough to say without a side-by-side comparison though. Thanks again. Cheers.
