Maybe the genus Spondylosium (which has 21 species)

Franz thank you very much for your identification. This is certainly Spondylosium.
Probably Spondylosium panduriforme f. Limneticum

Very interesting in these pictures are also the bacteria embedded in the mucilage. They always stand at a right angle to the body of the alga (90°). You can see this often in the mucilage of other algae. Are these symbionts?
