A lovely piece of work!

Transparent elytrons (wing covers) are fitted to lady beetles, so that the folding action can be observed as the wings are put away after the covers are closed.

Rik,

Fascinating.

I have trouble folding a large photo reflector into the small thin cylinder and getting it into the carrying pouch, could learn something from these Lady Bugs!!
