To me it seems a root (or less likely a stem) of a dicotyledon plant. The smaller particles inside some cells and spread outside the section could be starch grains.
The only sure is that is a plant section

I'm with kit on this one. It looks to me like a TS of an unripe moss capsule cut at a level of the 'teeth' near the apex of the capsule. It's a nicely cut section. If that identification's correct, the small particles are moss spores, which are indeed pretty small.

I am not sure what do you mean. I prepared everything myself. It was cut with shaving razor. Is it the answer for your question ? My English is not perfect ... :)

No, it is not stained. I simply used DF + Pol. illumination.
