Nice!

One glitch: if these are intended to be crossed-eye, then the second subject appears to be left/right swapped.

No need to re-render. Just swap the left/right sides and you'll be good to go. If you're using Windows, then StereoPhoto Maker can do this in a few mouseclicks.
