Mitty QV vs Fake APO "Mitty Clone" vs Generic PLAN

Just got a new 135mm f/2.8 Zhongyi Lens as tube lens and did a test run on three objectives: A used, beat down, Mitutoyo QV 2.5 0.14NA, a 5x 0.15NA "M Plan APO Mitutoyo clone", and a generic PLAN 4x 0.1NA objective.

So it seems the Mitutoyo QV 2.5x 0.14NA (requires 100mm tube lens) is an APO objective as it shows little CA.

The "Mitty Clone" does not seem to be an APO at all even though it has "M Plan APO" mark on it. From APO point of view, it is a fake. It is not as sharp as my cheap generic PLAN objective. The only good thing about it is that it has 45mm working distance and its shiny Mitty looking outside (as photo or video prop).
