Dark field illuminated at 4x (Nikon Plan Apo 4/0.20) and a little less than 20x (Mitutoyo M Plan Apo 20x), both using bellows, the Mitutoyo had MT-1 tube lens directly behind the objective. It's tricky using a 20x! I'm still not thrilled with the results, but it's also not the easiest subject. May need to try using a flash instead of continuous lighting. Also, dust is a real pain
