A couple of Fulgorids.

I was reluctant to photograph this Pyrops oculata lantern bug / lanternfly because I have too many shots of them already. I did it anyway but it was a rather slow day. Good thing I did. There were some parasitic flies (Diptera: Ceratopogonidae?) on this Fulgorid. Seen this on damselfly before but first time on a lantern bug/lanternfly.

A rather plain looking Fulgorid, genus: Dichoptera. High up on a tree, handheld, high iso, Cropped.

In my personal view, lantern bugs are similar in enjoyment to jumping spiders - there is no such thing as too many!

I found these to be very enjoyable photos - please post more!
