I'm planning to do some stack and stitch images. I'll be using a technical camera and shift the rear standard as needed in between stacks. The question is what to do with stacks that have streaking on the edges? Normally with image stacks I'll get a bit of streaking on the edges which I crop out. My initial thought was to make the initial crop for each stacked image being stitched together the exact same size, then try stitching. Does this sound right?
Thanks,
David

That should work.Davids wrote:My initial thought was to make the initial crop for each stacked image being stitched together the exact same size, then try stitching. Does this sound right?
Alternatively, you can crop away just what's needed from each image, then set your stitching program to allow a different "lens", which really means a different angle of view, for each image.
