Sorry to resurrect an old thread. I'm curious why the 3D printed part says Nikon. Did you scan the original object in some way to create a copy of it?

No, it was just a simple designing/printing exercise - found this Nikon logo on the Thingiverse and added to my design :). Latest model does not have it ...

Saul, if I didn't already tell you via PM I use these Edmund film retarders. The worked perfect for me. They were inexpensive too.
