” Not quite so ambitious as that, sir. I should like to put my eyes on the individual entitled to that name.
No man can be truly called an entomologist,

Beautiful stereo of the genitalia of a lovely moth!
For your amusement...
I had to Google Thyraylia bunteana to learn what this creature is. I did that with copy paste to avoid typing errors, and was immediately greeted with one of Google's list of auto-completions. Usually those make a lot of sense. This one was bemusing:
I checked to see if just "Thyraylia" or just "bunteana" would produce hits in some other language, but that didn't seem to happen.
Of course that absence could be explained if I'm now in a search bubble where Google assumes that I'm only interested in the moth...
Anyway, the stereo works great. Many thanks!
I am curious about the blue color. Is this inverted for aesthetics, or is there another reason?

I suppose that Google was thinking "bundt" (pan) or "banana" or something like that. Or am I wrong, and people often cook these things?Google wrote:

Thanks Rik,
This is a new species (record) for the Maritime Provinces, collected earlier this month in my garden light trap.
I was processing a Zerene PMax stack when I accidently hit the wrong option in PS. I thought the effect looked better than the normal positive image.
Decided to do a Zerene stereo.
Great software!
