New to this group - sample photos

Post by davegball »

Hi all
I'm new to this group. My interest is insect macro photography. I'm originally from Ireland but have lived and worked in Singapore for about 10 years. Below are some examples of my photos. All images taken with the Canon 70D and MP-E65. I'm on Flickr and Facebook if you'd like to see more. Look forward to browsing this site.
Cheers
David.

Hi David and welcome to the forum.

Nice work and very good job on diffusion!

Singapore is one of the very best locations on earth for macro and one of my favorites.

Maybe next time I visit you can give me info on the latest hotspots. On previous visits I discovered that some of my favorite spots were developed since i was there last.

Robert

Very nice images.

You have a lot more interesting subjects than I do here.

Thanks for the welcome message Robert. Not sure about being one of the the best places on earth but for a built up city it still has patches of rainforest to explore. But you're right Singapore develops very fast and hopefully we can maintain the nature we have. Do let me know if you pass by again and I will show you around.
