Olympus in-camera focus bracketing with 10x inf objective

Fan, I have checked it and, to my point of view, the good step in the focus bracketing menu is "5", the same as for the 5X Mitutoyo. I also have to point you that as you can see between the Zuiko Zoom and the microscope objective, I have a M42 diaphragm. I do not close it a lot, only 1/3 or 2/3 EV from wide opened but if do not use one, maybe you need to decrease the step to "4" by security.
I also have checked that my start point in manual mode (without tethering by Olympus capture software) is "10 ft". The following image was shoot in two slices, each time between 10 ft to infinity focusing (48 images in each slices). To replace correctly my subject after the first slice was done, I moved it 0.93 mm up.
