Olympus Bx Relay Lens / Image Inverter?

Post by CesarG »

Does anyone know of an olympus Bx attachments that would flip an image from inverted to erect (or vice versa)?

I've seen an eye piece height adjustment attachment (U-EPA) and a eye point adjuster (U-EPW), but haven't seen a stand alone image inverter. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, as I'm trying to change my SWH so that it is inverted (its what I'm used to).

Have you considered selling your right-way-round head and buying an ordinary one?

Here are the items that go just below the head of Olympus BX53 and BX63 microscopes, none of which appear to do what you want.

So Olympus as far as I know, all the Super Wide Heads that tilt are erect (since I believe they are made for semi conductor examination), so it wasn't an option.

Put a camera on top and connect it to an HDMI display? The camera image is inverted to what is shown in the eye pieces. Just an idea.
