Another great set!

How did you take the Pediastrum image? It's really surprising.

Thanks Pau.
Pediastrum was empty, dead. The technique is auto FL (UV) dia.
In my case fluorescence dia is more efficient it gets a lot more light.
I prefer FL epi but ala flat objects does not matter.

Thanks Jacek, it seemed auto FL but without chloroplasts...Anyway a striking image.
