Rust fungus (Gymnosporangium sp.) on a fruit, 2x objective, bounced light from ping-pong ball half, stack of ~40 photos:

Very beautiful image of the whole rust.

Also I really appreciated your inclusion of basic details on lens and lighting, without us having to ask for it specifically.
