I'm VERY poor at identifications, and the photos don't show a lot of detail, but #5 might be a Lepadella.

Thanks. Quality is bad, because my microscope is very primitive, i'm making research work to school, but i don't have permission to school microscope which is very good :?

As said, they aren't particularly detailed, but there is plenty to make some guesses.

#1 is shaped a bit like Synchaeta but is missing the foot at the end. Instead it looks to be halfway up the body, and since it has developed toes and not rings, that should make it a Ploesoma.

#3 has segmented appendages so is not a rotifer, but probably from an arthropod. It might be something like a mite moult, and #2 seems like the same with the appendages broken off.

#5 is a lot like a Lepadella, but I think you would see the notch for the foot since you can see some lines around the margin, which to me make it look more like the similar genus Lecane.
